My 2021 Silverado Diesel truck has a bad coolant valve. It’s under warranty. Mark Christopher said they couldn’t find one within driving distance. Told me nothing they can do because part in unavailable It’s under warranty. Mark Christopher said they couldn’t find one within driving distance. Told me nothing they can do because part in unavailable They told me to call GM. GM said part is unavailable in the entire US. Basically told me I have no options.. My truck is under warranty per service person. So I called GM. Filed a claim. Three weeks later NOTHING still. No help. Nothing. Disappointed in Mark Christopher too. It’s my 4th Silverado in 15 years. Maybe time to change. Can’t sell it because it’s broken. It’s how I make a living too. More

Whenever I take it one of my work trucks, it takes at least three days before they even check to see what is wrong with it then another 3 to 4 days to attempt to repair and then within a week. I brought my 1 week old $93K Tahoe High Country into Mark Christpher Chevrolet Service for a simple bumber to fender alighnment issue this morning at 7am, at 3:42 is when the employees of Avalon Collision Ce Christpher Chevrolet Service for a simple bumber to fender alighnment issue this morning at 7am, at 3:42 is when the employees of Avalon Collision Center finally picked my car up and for 24 minutes the person that picked up my vehicle and the person that brought him to the dealership streetraced my new car back to the shop! Here's a little secret, Onstar tells you everything about where your vehicle is, how many times it started, how many times it was under FULL throttle acceleration or braking and it tells you where each of these events take place. I called Avalon and spoke with Raul and he tried to tell me that his employee said there was construction traffic on Holt Blvd as an excuse for his heavy right foot at each intersection. The Onstar App determined this was a LIE! Jeff the Service Director did reach out to me from Mark Christpher to appologize and offered to make it right with making sure this type of incident would never happen again with the two body shops they work with. He also threw in some accessories for the new Tahoe High Country that I'm waiting for on order. More
