Especially in the part department they weren't professional over the phone with me .my truck was in on a bad rack apinion that my extended warranty covered once they where done and I had to pick up my truck I waited outside for 1 hour ...they forgot about me if it was not for the maneger that I seen in site I maybe wouldn't gotten my tuck. Not only that I had to come back the next day do for the fact that the alignment was not done right my truck was pulling hard to the left I wouldn't be able to recommend this un professional place More

Great and fast customer service. I came in as a walk-in for an oil change. It took them about 1 1/2 hr. They even ask me if I wanted a car wash. I was in a hurry so I declined. Lied About Service Needed I went in for an oil change and one of the service people came out with a dirty cabin air filter. He showed it to me and said it was 80% full and woul I went in for an oil change and one of the service people came out with a dirty cabin air filter. He showed it to me and said it was 80% full and would need to be replaced today. It didn’t look like my air cabin filter so I asked if it was mine and he said yes. I said ok, well take me to my car and put it in then and he said “oh, well this isn’t your air filter, but yours needs to be replaced too”. I said no thank you and they brought my car around, without washing it and I left. I think it is unsavory business practices to lie to customer about services needed. He assumed I was a dumb that could easily be manipulated and lied too. I won’t be returning for future service and have warned my friends and family of the practice. More
