First time visit.. Overall, the center and the people were great! No issues tgere. However, I was given a service quote and told it was "out the door!" So, that's what Overall, the center and the people were great! No issues tgere. However, I was given a service quote and told it was "out the door!" So, that's what I had expected to pay. Once I went in to pick up my vehicle, I was told it would be a higher cost. My only point is that if yiu tell a customer a cost as "Out the door total" then, honor that amount. Thanjs very much! More

Frustrated Jeff Rizzi was great and worked with me on my initial issue. He advised me about GM support for some of the cost, due to us purchasing 5 GM vehicles. Os for the frustration, My car was not ready the first second or third day they told me. I had some major work done and was told I was going to be charged for a full oil change. The work they completed l, they had to drain the oil anyway. Frustrated. Charged me for an oil filter and labor. They did not fill any other fluids, did not change the reminder sticker, did not reset the oil life. Very frustrating. More

Made my day a little brighter I left my house for work and after about 2 miles I realized that none of the gauges on my dashboard were working. I am an older woman and drive 35-40 I left my house for work and after about 2 miles I realized that none of the gauges on my dashboard were working. I am an older woman and drive 35-40 miles one way to work. I wasn't about to get on the freeway and take the chance of breaking down. I took the next turn and headed to the service dept. I was greeted by Robert. I explained what was going on and we discussed the options. While sitting there I tried a couple of things, the first time the car wouldn't start. The second time it started and the gauges all worked. Still not feeling safe, we decided to test the battery and then move on from there. The battery was OK and so was the electrical system. Robert gave me some hints to starting the car that might help eliminate the issue in the future. The good thing is they did locate a water leak and it was repaired. The bad thing is it cost me $270.00. I still don't understand why $75.00 worth of parts end up costing me so much more. More
