Once payment received, no one cared to pull up my car for me Service was good, time to complete work was good, but when it came time to pick up my vehicle, well that's a different story. Once I paid for my service I was told to wait outside and my vehicle would be brought up shortly. It took so long, that a Mark Christopher employee that was off the clock, talking to what seemed to be friends, said "you have been waiting an awful long time, let me have your paperwork and I'll make sure your vehicle gets here.".. When I finally did get my vehicle, it wasnt even washed as the service writer had promised.. waiting almost an hour to get my vehicle, I wasnt about to wait any longer for them to wash it. They wasted no time charging and collecting my $500 dollar payment, but when it came time to leave, everybody forgot about there loyal chevy customer. This will make it tough to return as it seemed like nobody cared except the off duty worker. More

First Time Visitor This was my first time taking my car to Mark Christopher Cadillac and Nobu was the service writer that I scheduled an appointment with based on great This was my first time taking my car to Mark Christopher Cadillac and Nobu was the service writer that I scheduled an appointment with based on great reviews I read from previous customers. I must say, he was very professional and courteous just as I had read. My vehicle did get dropped off late, so it ended up staying overnight. I was having it looked at for a few different concerns and Nobu did reach out to me the following day to let me know the status. Unfortunately, my car ended up having to stay a second night and wasn’t actually ready for pick up until sometime after 3pm. Service is open until 6pm, so i was able to pick it up that evening before closing time. The checkout process was very easy: Nobu walked me over to the cashier and she quickly and efficiently had everything ready to go and advised me that my car would be pulled up soon. After about a 10 minute wait my car was pulled up to me and the keys handed over. Despite the great experience thus far, I was quite disappointed that my vehicle was delivered so dirty. All other dealers where I’ve had my car(s) serviced have always washed my car before handing it over. I understand that perhaps this isn’t the policy at Mark Christopher, but the worst part was the fact that the interior was also very dirty. Now I know for a fact that my car was not dirty when i dropped it off. It literally had debris (lint, dirt?) all over the passenger floorboard (no one sits on that side!) and the driver’s side-door panel had big oily-looking spots all over the armrest and spreading downward. As part of my service requests, I had them look at the display screen and radio as part of my concerns and this area was also full of greasy fingerprints. All of this was so disappointing to me and maybe more so, because this is a Cadillac dealership after all. More

"Above and beyond" I have been going to Mark Christopher"s service department since 2003, and Nobu is my go-to guy. I have put my faith in Nobu all these years, and he never steers me wrong. Nobu always has a big smile on his face and kind greetings to me when I arrive at Mark Christopher. Nobu listens to me when I try to explain what is wrong with my car; I'll say it's making a knock-knock-noise, combined with a high pitch sound. Nobu will listen patiently to me and my explanatory sounds, cock his head giving me the impression that he takes me seriously. After my attempts to explain the symptoms, Nobu will attempt to figure-out by my silly noises. Nobu is very knowledgeable, and I can't say enough about the service dept. at Mark Christopher. So when it came time to buy a new car, I bought a 2019 Escalade, and I look forward to another 16 years with Mark Christopher. Kim Gunn More
