Worst service Took my truck in for a recall and was told by Mr. personality that it would take an hour and 30 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes. Just had knee surgery and in the waiting room there is no place for me to put my leg up and keep it elevated so I asked for a shuttle home from there I took an Uber to pick up my son from elementary and then I called To ensure my truck would be ready because it had already been four hours and to my amazement he told me that there were still two trucks ahead of me and then he tried to explain it by saying well we prioritize “waiters“, he said that because I did not stay and wait that the quote then changes. Unacceptable for TWO reasons, he didn’t say anything about that when I was there above not having any personality, seemed as though he just cares to get people past his desk with saying the least as possible and second I’m handicap and can’t just sit at the edge of a chair for up to an hour 45 min. There was a lack of space in the waiting room nor any area to accommodate myself nor was there any employee that seemed to care. When I went back to get my truck they still had it on the lift and I then waited another hour! The rep comes out and is about to write me up then asks if I had time to wait for my car wash! I already waited 5 hours and could not wait any longer. Bad service all around ! Also got my oil change done and my locks on my truck don’t work and that was going to be $190 just to CHECK them. With how bad my service was I won’t ever take my truck there again. This is our second truck bought there and WILL NOT be going back for my next purchase. More

Horrible experience I went in for a RECALL on my truck for the brakes, when I go to pick up my vechicle the display screen is black and not turning on 2 other employees t I went in for a RECALL on my truck for the brakes, when I go to pick up my vechicle the display screen is black and not turning on 2 other employees try and nothing. Finally the tech that worked on my truck is called out to take my truck back to fix the issue. Tech fixes it brings out my truck i ask for a note of the blank screen for a future reference (display screen was working perfectly fine before he touched it) so he states with an unprofessional tone and attitude “it’s the battery I don’t know what to write I don’t know, it was not broken.” Yet he is the one that worked on my truck. I was able to get a note from Ray which remains on my account. So I left with an estimate for a battery and air filters according to the vechicle “safety” inspection. The following day I take my truck to a good year for oil change regular maintenance and employee points out immediately the gas unit is leaking so gas pump was cracked.Truck is fixed with new gas pump. But Very disappointed something so dangerous was not caught the day before at the dealer where I purchased the vechicle. Me thinking I’m taking my truck to experts.I speak to the manager at the servicing center at Mark Christopher of the issue that it should have been caught the day the truck was getting serviced for the recall instead manager states “it’s not our fault you brought the truck knowing it was leaking gas” if I knew that was going on I would have not been driving the truck around . But very disappointed in the way I was treated never going back for any type of maintenance or purchase. Horrible customer service from manager and the tech very unprofessional. Only good that came from this visit was the professionalism and friendliness from Ray Peters. More
