Customer Confidence Lacking My car was kept for an extended time. The salesperson did not give regular updates regarding the repairs. When I asked questions, the salesperson seem My car was kept for an extended time. The salesperson did not give regular updates regarding the repairs. When I asked questions, the salesperson seemed bothered and irritated that I was asking questions. The manager had occasion to contact me. He was apologetic for the service I had received and attempted to assure me that moving forward, communication would be better. Communication did improve. When I picked up my car, the repairs had not been done. Paperwork indicated they did not experience the problem which the car was brought in for. I brought the car back 15 minutes after picking it up. At that time the repair person did experience the problem. Makes me wonder, was the car road tested during the time it was in their possession? Sales has promised the problems with my car will be taken care of. I hope they will fulfill this promise. So far my confidence is lacking. More

Fantastic from sales to service I have purchase over 20 vehicles from the staff at Mark Christopher. I have never had one negative experience here from Jeff in service to Cagey in I have purchase over 20 vehicles from the staff at Mark Christopher. I have never had one negative experience here from Jeff in service to Cagey in sales to Greg Hess in internet and then of course never a issue with NEVIN in finance. Just a fabulous team Thanks More
It always takes WAY too long In the three years I have owned my Acadia it has NEVER been ready the same day that I brought it in for maintenance. I brought it in this week to hav In the three years I have owned my Acadia it has NEVER been ready the same day that I brought it in for maintenance. I brought it in this week to have the car hooked up to diagnostics as my engine light came on. They had it 11 hours (and I had an appointment) and never even looked at it. I took the day off to get it looked at but no one cares about the customer’s time. On one occasion I brought it in and they had it over a week. When I called after five days - they still hadn’t looked at it (They did give me a rental so I was patient). I feel that it’s poorly run and there’s not enough staff. I feel badly for the Customer Service Reps who have to constantly make excuses for the technicians and management being inept. Robert did the best he could to help me but every time I come in it is a disappointment. Problems are misdiagnosed and the lead time for service is absolutely unacceptable. More

Cannot trust Brought in my truck for several issues around 9-10am. After picking up later at night (8pm) sales manager charged me (Roughly $2000) without ever intr Brought in my truck for several issues around 9-10am. After picking up later at night (8pm) sales manager charged me (Roughly $2000) without ever introducing who he was or even a handshake. I was given my credit card back and walked out to my truck myself. Thats fine. However, on the drive back all of the same maintenance lights came on.. went back next day and after 2.5hrs of waiting service guy tells me that couple of items they replaced didn’t need to be replaced as they were working fine. When I first brought in my vehicle he specifically said “oil sensors need to be replaced because they are not working”. The next day he says they are “working fine” but I need something else fixed. When I questioned why he told me initially the sensors were bad he angrily replies “I’m just the messenger, don’t get angry at me. Want to talk to manager?” Ultimately my car was not fixed. I left and had to drop my car off at another shop.. Side note. The service guy made a big fuss about me wanting to get dropped off at home because I was 1 mile out of their radius. Had to uber the 1 mile home after getting dropped off... More

Sercice is always great I have had my Silverado serviced at Mark Christopher since I bought the truck there 3 1/2 years ago.
