Oil change issue On Tuesday, when I went to go get an oil change I was informed that my truck would be done and ready to go in 2 hours. I had no other choice but to wa On Tuesday, when I went to go get an oil change I was informed that my truck would be done and ready to go in 2 hours. I had no other choice but to wait for it to be ready. After 3 hours of waiting one of the workers comes out and lets me know that they didn’t have the oil for my truck so they couldn’t even do it. It was a waste of my time and I should have been informed sooner. I’m very disappointed with the service of this place. This is a second time that I run into this type of situation. More

It was great until it came time to pick up the car. It was great until it came time to release the car. They gave me paperwork and was ask to wait and they would drive it up to me. Never happen. All lights went off as I was left waiting in the cold. I was on crutches with a broken .leg. so this was very inconvenient. Thanks to the employee who ran out the keys to me. As I was still there as I watch the two other employees leave. More
