Very disappointing I have been utilizing your service for five years now. The last couple visits have not been well. I find that there is a lack of respect for my vehicl I have been utilizing your service for five years now. The last couple visits have not been well. I find that there is a lack of respect for my vehicle: I take care of my vehicle and how it looks. It has no scratches on it. Once I arrived home after an oil change I noticed a scratch on my driver side door. This was not present prior to my visit: I find this disappointing and a shame: I tried to wax it out but had no luck. Very sad! More

Service was good when I arrived they took me in right away. Took longer than what they said to complete. Waiting area needs an upgrade limited snacks, coffee was ok. The service here is always great! Always get me in and out quickly and don't try to sell me on unnecessary services. They thoroughly explain the function of every service they perform and don't lay on the out quickly and don't try to sell me on unnecessary services. Tire Trouble I was at the dealership for recommended follow up of a pre own purchased last year. According to the service order, I received lube, oil, filter, tir I was at the dealership for recommended follow up of a pre own purchased last year. According to the service order, I received lube, oil, filter, tire rotation and GM MPVI. Imagine my surprise when I took the vehicle back a week later because I noticed a problem with the tread on one of the tires. After all tires were checked, I was told I needed 2 tires. Is this something that should have been noticed a week ago when the tires were rotated? More
