I was not overly thrilled with the experience. The accessories were due in one week and it took 3 and only after the Customer Service Manager stepped in. The loaner vehicle I was promised turned out t accessories were due in one week and it took 3 and only after the Customer Service Manager stepped in. The loaner vehicle I was promised turned out to be a rent a car which I had to put up with a very slow customer service on the back end. The scheduled installation which should only have taken a couple of hours was promised in 1/2 a day (4 hours) actually took 6 hours. Not a happy camper. The service manager was all over it.
