I paid a lot to get my car fixed (and was off of work for 2 and a half weeks) and not only am I still leaking oil (the root of my issues), the multi-point inspection was done inadequately as I noticed my bra 2 and a half weeks) and not only am I still leaking oil (the root of my issues), the multi-point inspection was done inadequately as I noticed my brakes were grinding when I got home when I was told they were all fine. I had to change my brakes myself when they could've been fixed there as much as I paid for the service and labor. I am highly dissatisfied. More

I keep having to bring my truck in constantly for repairs. New Motor, new exhaust, new front axle and the noise underneath my truck since I bought it, is still an issue. Now I’m not being responded to by the service center and I would like to think I have been more than accommodating since the process started. My truck is a 2022. There is no reason to Have these many problems with a new Chevy product. More

Leslie was incredibly helpful in getting my car’s manufacturer defects taken care of. She was able to ensure all of my concerns were met and was also able to put me in a loaner vehicle that served th manufacturer defects taken care of. She was able to ensure all of my concerns were met and was also able to put me in a loaner vehicle that served the needs of my family in the interim. She was communicative and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. I felt that was incredible attentive to my specific case and her customer service and professionalism was top notch. I was very happy to be working with her while the issues with my car was resolved. More
