We have been struggling to get a specific product for our vehicle, and it has now been over three months. Each time we follow up and escalate the situation, there has been no resolution. I spent well over $100K on a vehicle. It has just over 2500 miles. It has been to the shop twice. I asked for a loaner both times and did not receive it.
