Had truck in repeatedly…still not fixed! Back in next Monday…🙄…53 miles 1 way every time it takes 106 miles off the warranty, let alone $5.+ per gallon of gas! The service management of Mark Christopher Cadillac does not honor their warranty to their loyal customers. Because of a defect in one of the manufacturer parts of the vehicle, they denied honoring their le not honor their warranty to their loyal customers. Because of a defect in one of the manufacturer parts of the vehicle, they denied honoring their legal warranty and made me the customer have to pay out of pocket expenses to fix my car. They also did not provide me with a loner vehicle, which they were legally supposed to under my lease agreement, so I had to spend over $ 1000.00 in rental expenses while they took over 2 weeks to order the parts to fix my car. STAY AWAY!!! More
