So I didn't have my car serviced recently but I did just call to try to make an appointment because I noticed my speedometer was off by about 10mph today. They had appointments available but due to the Corona virus they aren't doing loaners which is understandable then I expressed concern because I was thinking my warranty was up in the next few months and I would need a loaner if they have to do any work. So I asked if he can make a note that I'm reporting this problem. And his immediate response is I can't help you, I can't extended your warranty. What would have been nice and even the reasonable response would have been to check when my warranty actually expires and say well you just need to bring it in before this date. But no such response. So I figured ill double check my bumper to bumper warranty my self and turns out I have another year and few months. So I can wait till this covid19 thing blows over and take it in then. To comment on this Cadillac service center in general I have had a few bad experiences, not sure if the other service centers are like this at Mark Christopher but I don't plan on finding out. I'll take my next car purchase to a different GM dealer, maybe I'll find one that appreciates their customers just a little better. More
