I have taken both my Toyota Hylander and Dodge Challenger for service recently at their respective dealerships and I have to say the Mark Christoper experience was the worst of the three dealers. The Service Team at Mark Christopher Buick are Great, Nobu has been my go to Service Advisor since we got our 2017 Buick Encore 2 years ago. Thanks for having a staff that carries that out in the Service Dept... The service dept has done a super outstanding job of maintaining my 2007 Yukon XL. One day soon I will buy a new one. It’s been the best vehicle I have ever owned now with more than 250,000 miles all se maintaining my 2007 Yukon XL. One day soon I will buy a new one. My vehicle wasn’t taken care of like a should’ve been. I had a steering angle sensor code Which disabled most of the safety features on the truck which included stabilitrak, Brake assist, cruise control. I was told by the service writer that GM corporate response was “since the truck was modified with a suspension lift and bigger tires than stock there was nothing that could be done” and I would have to literally return the truck back to stock! Unbelievable! Either way under warranty or not I would’ve paid for the repair if needed. The funny thing is my truck was lifted and modified at the same shop that modifies some of the New trucks that are sold at that particular dealership so I wonder what they do if those particular trucks have the same malfunctions?? Do they just send them away also with some of safety features not working like they did with me?? I don’t think so. Immediately after I took my truck to a another local Chevrolet dealership and within 45 minutes the issue, UNDER WARRANTY, was resolved with all systems working properly. To sum it up I just feel like this dealership didn’t go the extra mile to take care of what was needed and basically just didn’t want to deal with my situation and worst of all I wasted 2-1/2 hours of my time.
