Regrettably, my experience with Mark Christopher Auto Group, particularly their Cadillac service, was disheartening. Entrusted my vehicle on mid December, only receiving it back two weeks later, the prol Group, particularly their Cadillac service, was disheartening. Entrusted my vehicle on mid December, only receiving it back two weeks later, the prolonged fix time was unacceptable. Working with advisor Dario was challenging due to his lack of responsiveness—he seldom answered calls, was slow in returning messages, and provided sparse updates. Moreover, the exorbitant price for the service amplified my dissatisfaction. Their overall customer service fell short, and I cannot recommend this dealership for any auto repairs, go elsewhere. More
My appointment was on time and everything was explained in full detail, issue was fixed and returned to me on the same day. I was very disappointed when I arrived. I had an appointment for 9 AM. However, I was told the appointments really don’t matter. There were several people already there waiting for their ca I had an appointment for 9 AM. However, I was told the appointments really don’t matter. There were several people already there waiting for their cars ahead of me. I was very dissatisfied with the wait time I was quoted of three hours. My response was I made an appointment. It’s not my intention to hang around. Waiting for my car all day. The young lady was very kind that helped me and expressed her apologies. She then told me she would do her best to get my car finished quickly. Thankfully I was out of there in about an hour and 40 1:55 hours instead of three hours. it was very nice of her to help me out. I definitely think something needs to be done about the appointments. If a customer books an appointment, the customer went out of their way to schedule an appointment so they wouldn’t have to wait all day. I think scheduled appointments should go prior to walk in appointments. as a frequent customer, I feel this really needs to be looked at and have a much better process implemented. More
