Had a 10:30 appt. arrived on time and waited 10 mins because a line was formed, with at least 6 car in front of me. What’s the point of making an appointment if you can’t handle the volume?? Came in for because a line was formed, with at least 6 car in front of me. What’s the point of making an appointment if you can’t handle the volume?? Came in for broken rear hatch strut replacement and oil change. was told initially that hatch could be fixed if part was in stock. Waited with no update on the part for 2.5 hours, and then was told part was not in and needed to come back another day. Thus, turned into A 2.5 hour oil change. Again, why schedule customers for an appointment if you can’t handle the volume without that long of a wait? Everyone who spoke to me was nice, but they clearly were in a hurry to get to their next task. More

I have been a MC customer for years. Purchased two cars from MC. A bit disappointed in the service this time around. Has to call myself to see when the car would be done. No return phone call. It was ten minutes before closing under the new COvid hours. What would my situation have been if that was my only car? No offer of a loaner even though the repairs were under warranty. Single day took two days and again I made all the phone calls! Am rethinking if I’m going to come back. Rotolo is only a little further away. May give them a try More
