OnStar, speakers and Sirius radio kept going off. Still does I was there during the COVID-19 experience. I have a New XT6 Cadillac and was referred to the Chevrolet service department. Where I had to wait three I was there during the COVID-19 experience. I have a New XT6 Cadillac and was referred to the Chevrolet service department. Where I had to wait three hours on a plastic chair outdoors. I am 64 years old and disabled. I was very uncomfortable and in pain. I had an appointment and I was not told I was not going to be in the Cadillac air-conditioned waiting room. Where they have cushion chairs and Wi-Fi. Instead I was sent over to the Chevrolet side where there was hardly any room for 6 foot distancing and people not wearing masks. So I had to sit outside on a plastic hard chair. I knew it would take a awhile but I thought I would be in comfort. The servicemen were very nice when I saw them. They were very Crowded! in the waiting room and I am still having the problem. I will not go back until the Cadillac side is open or I can leave my car there and there’s a car to take and pick me up. More

I made an appointment for 11:30 to get 1 tire replaced, Tire was supposed to have been delivered by 11:30. After waiting 2-1/2 hr. I asked about my vehicle and was told the tire wouldn’t be there until 3:3 Tire was supposed to have been delivered by 11:30. After waiting 2-1/2 hr. I asked about my vehicle and was told the tire wouldn’t be there until 3:30. Waited another 2 hr. and when I asked I was told they delivered the wrong tire. Was given a loaner car and told to come back next day. It seems fault lies primarily with tire supplier and not MC, but service advisor did not keep me informed of status until I asked each time. Poor communication. MC did what they could to make it right with free labor, filled gas tank, and I appreciated that. More
