Not the fault of my service advisors, but major issue with Cadillac/GM as they continue to support my new EV purchase and ongoing concerns. I was very disappointed with my entire experience with this dealership. First, they have no courtesy shuttle to take you home which makes it very inconvenient. Next, all communication with them was throug this dealership. First, they have no courtesy shuttle to take you home which makes it very inconvenient. Next, all communication with them was through text message. Usually this isn’t something that would bother me but it was very disheartening when they just text you that your prognosis may cause upwards of $10,000. I feel like that should have been a phone call to discuss options, not just a casual text message. I was also disappointed with the time it took and the lack of a definite diagnosis. I was told that they couldn’t figure out what was causing the issue with my car, it could be one thing or another. One option would have been to replace a single part, the other was to replace the entire transmission. After spending another day working on it, they thought the cheaper fix wouldn’t be sufficient and wanted me to replace my entire transmission even though they weren’t entirely sure that the one part would have fixed it. They wanted to replace the transmission just to be safe. I felt like I was being taken. And again, a text message telling me this was very frustrating. I ended up not having them fix anything but still had to pay a diagnostic fee despite the fact that they still couldn’t tell me exactly what was wrong with it. I have always taken my car here and had great service but this entire experience was so frustrating. I will not be going back again. More
Julie was very good about communicating and since the repair took longer than expected she offered me a rental car. I was happy with her, but it seemed that a simple repair should not have taken 3 days. repair took longer than expected she offered me a rental car. Brought it back Sunday night and got it back Tuesday about 10AM. More

Mark Christopher has the best service team I've encountered at any Cadillac dealer. Specifically, Nobu has been exceptional at: helping me diagnose issues with my vehicle, fix the issues in a timel encountered at any Cadillac dealer. Specifically, Nobu has been exceptional at: helping me diagnose issues with my vehicle, fix the issues in a timely fashion, and maintaining frequent communication/ updates about the status of my vehicle.
