Years ago I had a bad experience at Mark Christopher Cadillac but recently I found myself there twice in a month. I'm very pleased that the service on my Cadillac was repaired however I was tired up the Cadillac but recently I found myself there twice in a month. I'm very pleased that the service on my Cadillac was repaired however I was tired up there for half the day. I understand the time it takes to evaluate and make repairs but I don't understand why a high end luxury car dealership doesn't have loan cars anymore or at least a shuttle bus for it's customers. 🤔 More

Dario was my service advisor and did a great job of greeting me. I explained the issue I was having and said he would have a tech check it right away. Took my 2018 Chevy Equinox in due to having some issues shifting. I dropped it off on a Friday at 8AM and took me reaching out on a Tuesdays mid morning to get an update on diagnostics and more than $200 i shifting. I dropped it off on a Friday at 8AM and took me reaching out on a Tuesdays mid morning to get an update on diagnostics and more than $200 in a scan later they told me it was my transmission and it was going to be almost $9,000 to replace it. I took the car back and had a second diagnostic done by a transmission only shop whom told me that it was most definitely NOT a transmission issue, the shop directed me to mechanic who also let me know it was NOT a transmission issue. It was just the coils and spark plugs. They changed them for me and my car has been running great without the help of Mark Christopher Chevrolet. More
