My Silverado was in 3 times for the same problem. The first 2 times the technicians said they could not duplicate the problem which was very disappointing. This time, a solution was identified. I had to wait about 1 1/2 weeks for the part to arrive. The problem seems to have been solved - thanks to the technician who worked my truck. Please thank him for me. I had great customer service from Chelsea. As soon as i stepped into the building she knew exactly what I was there for and remembered me and got my car started super fast. Not only was she super quick and kind, we were going to wait inside but decided to go walk to get some food and Chelsea provided us with rides to and from the food place and my car was done when we got back. It was faster than my first experience and it was even raining! It was super thoughtful and kind of their part to provide us a ride during bad weather and great service by having my car done before we even got back! My visit was really great and I'm looking forward to my next one, thank you Chelsea!! More

Mark Christopher was charging us $1825 for what they came up with being wrong on my car and we got the job done elsewhere for $260 including the part!!!!
