It was the worst device I ever had. I received better service from Walmart. I was forgotten in line. Paper work was lost. I was promised VIP service for the mishap and still was lied to. Had to do it myself. Tried calling from the parking lot. The Rep would not answer the phone. Left message , no return call to this day. The voice call was still nit working which he lied and said was fixed. The noise that sounds like a fan up by window on passenger still there. My car which was brand new off the lot. Which I keep up to par now cuts off in Reverse. I will be contacting the Better business Bureau. It want let me send without checking a star. So just to let you know it is a big fat (0) More

Although much better service and communication than last, disappointed that part of the reason I brought my truck in for service was not resolved due to same error. I'm appreciative that a rental was provide disappointed that part of the reason I brought my truck in for service was not resolved due to same error. I'm appreciative that a rental was provided and that I was compensated for a paid service due to the inconvenience, but disappointed that the pending issue is partially due to the wrong parts being ordered again. I understand that the correct parts are back ordered and hopefully the parts ordered this time are indeed correct and verified prior to being notified to bring in my truck for service and not after my vehicle is already dismantled. Completely over pack service department and lie extensively about when your vehicle will be done with a simple oil change and tire rotation.
