I took my car in (by tow truck) on Monday morning due to it losing power on Saturday. It turned out to be a minor problem and they called me in a couple of hours to let me know it was fixed. I purchased a Silverado truck on May 5. The experience was not a good one. On May 10 I returned our Silverado truck to the service center to get a clear coating put on it. I was hoping that the experience would be better than that of purchasing the vehicle. We drop the car off on Sunday night and we got a call on Monday that said the coding would be finished around 2 o’clock and we would get a call. By 4 o’clock we had not received a phone call and my son called the service department and he was told the truck had been done since 2 o’clock and now we had to get down there by 5 PM or we would have to wait till the next day. Across the board this dealership seems to have a problem with communication. More
