I would give 0 stars if I could . I Had a horrible experience, the service advisor Jackie never answered the phone they never gave me updates on my car . I went to pick up my car and it wasn’t ready experience, the service advisor Jackie never answered the phone they never gave me updates on my car . I went to pick up my car and it wasn’t ready they said it would take a day and it took two days .on another occasion it took them two weeks to get a issue I had with a water leak on my vehicle that’s only 3 years old fixed. I was able to make a service appointment the day before for an oil change which was helpful. All the safety protocols were taken, the only thing is that the cleaning solutions used to clean the waiting ar for an oil change which was helpful.
