The customer service is great! The front desk administrator assisted me when I needed direction. The cost of repairs was not reasonable. Took too long for an oil change. Not used to waiting for so long with my Acura. I now have a Cadillac and was disappointed that the service center for Cadillac is shut down. I may try West Covina.
