I make an appointment everything and I still end up having to wait 5 hrs for an oil change. I scheduled one for 8:30am and that still didn't matter. Except for warranty issues, I will not be returning to this Cadillac dealership. I made an appointment and took my Escalade in for a routine maintenance service (oil change, lube, tire rotation). Despit this Cadillac dealership. I made an appointment and took my Escalade in for a routine maintenance service (oil change, lube, tire rotation). Despite having an appointment, I was told it would be 3 hours. They offered no shuttle service so I could return to my office nor to pay for any Uber. It turned out that they took over 4 hours to complete the service. When I inquired why it took so long, I was told they were short on mechanics. Had I known all of this beforehand, I would have made arrangements for a ride. Also, staff wasn't very friendly. I've purchased 3 high-end vehicles from this dealership and expected better service than that. Very dissappointed. More
