I came in for an appointment I had at 10:40 am. I arrived at 10:25 to a line a cars waiting to get checked in for service. I finally got checked in at 11:25am. Once checked in I asked how long it would take at 10:25 to a line a cars waiting to get checked in for service. I finally got checked in at 11:25am. Once checked in I asked how long it would take since I only needed an oil change and my tires rotated. It was my first service on my new truck so wanted to bring it to the dealer. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait even though I made an appointment. The service rep told me the appointment is just to see a service rep to go get service WHAT IS THR POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF IT DOESNT MEAN ANYTHING. Probably will never come back here for service More
