Drop off was smooth, everyone was very kind and helpful, and the work was done fairly quickly. This dealership has the best auto service. I bought a car from them 15 years ago and I’m still going back to have my car service here. I also bought a new car not from here but I bring that car to be service from them 15 years ago and I’m still going back to have my car service here. 2nd time i bring my vehicle and this was bad horrible expererience i didnt get phone call and when ive called they hung up so i had to drive myself to the dealership and thean advisor just didnt want to expererience i didnt get phone call and when ive called they hung up so i had to drive myself to the dealership and thean advisor just didnt want to hear me out ive told them that i was promised my vehicle before 4hr labor and i agreed for an oil change eventhough ive never received any notifications how my vehicle was going ..after i said i rely on my vehicle for my business ive told them i dont like looking bad with my clients as this dealer did to me i felt like " heres your invoice and pay" ..i said in response i know you dealership dont make money on oil changes but at least honor your service..i made an appt and was the second in line and still took 4hrs+ and it took for me to request my vehicle in person instead of them calling me that its ready..one last thing the tech that brought my vehicle didnt even have covid protocols and sneezed inside my vehicle then grabbed my steering wheel no respect for client vehicle i personnally didnt appreciate that..i just hope this experience doesnt happen to noone else..no communication between client and advisor More
