Very difficult to talk to the service department. Transfer to many people number of times before I will get to the right person. When I arrived people weren’t very friendly either. Walk in an you just stand there. Then the cashier acts like they are bothered. They hand you paperwork and you have to figure out what the paperwork is covering. There’s a complimentary vehicle check but nobody goes over it with you. It’s just a bunch of stuff on a part. Asked the cashier who I can go over it with. She say the technician. Ok.. o just go find somebody? Then I asked where I can find them. She points all bothered like I’m just off the street and suppose to know what to do or where to go. How bout when you walk in a business somebody greets you, maybe “somebody will be right with you”.. nope just stand there and figure it out. Went in for an oil change and wanted them to check my front camera which shows it needs service and inspect the spark plugs. Took them 7hrs and all they did was change the oil and rotate the tires. They didn’t even do anything else or check the camera. when I dropped it off I reminded them to look at the front camera and they said “oh I’m not sure since there are a lot of fuses. Huh? Where am I suppose to take it then? definitely finding another Chevy service department More

Provided false diagnosis that cost $2100. On second visit discovered the actual issue was a $300 minor fix. So I took my Acadia Denaly for an oil change and a detail. The detail was really bad it looked like they just washed it and waxed it. The interior still had stains and crumbs all over. I've gotten bet detail. The detail was really bad it looked like they just washed it and waxed it. The interior still had stains and crumbs all over. I've gotten better carwashes than this. I paid about $200 for the detail not worth it. Then it was time to pick it up I was informed that they found a coolant leak if I would of known this I would of skipped the detail and took care of the leak first. More
I like this service department because they tell you up front what needs to be done to get your car back on the road. They also tell you what's going to cost. There are no hidden charges. Service for my Cadillac used to be outstanding before all cars were consolidated at the Chevy service center. Now I have to wait twice as long and some services not performed. Wife asked several times how long service would take with no definitive answer. 5 hours later shes handed a receipt and given no explanation of the repairs done to vehicle.
