This is the second time in a row I’ve waited over 3 hours for my oil change, and wasn’t notified that it was complete until I Poor communication 1. This is the second time in a row I’ve waited over 3 hours for my oil change, and wasn’t notified that it was complete until I had to ask. 2. Also after my first 3 hour wait, after paying the cashier she notified the team to bring my car, after waiting 25min they forgot, had to re-ask the cashier and waited another 10+ minutes. 3. My coupon wasn’t added to my oil change after scheduling via the MyChevrolet app. Ended up paying an extra $20 (Recommend a text notification when services are complete, also the complimentary car wash seems to be gone as well) Mark Christopher has been the only dealer I’ve taken my Camaro to since purchase, but slowly things have declined in terms of service quality. More

My service advisor Jackie was great.
