We were originally unhappy with the service department from our last encounter in July and August when we had an oul leak that wasn’t resolved the first time. But dealing with the rep Eric Silva directly from our last encounter in July and August when we had an oul leak that wasn’t resolved the first time. But dealing with the rep Eric Silva directly made up for it. He texts back in a timely manner and took care of us when we had to take our 2019 GMC Terrain in. It wouldn’t start and we called our Insurance Roadside Assistance for a jump start and they were unable to jump start it. Eric sent us a link to GMC’s roadside assistance who took the car to the shop and diagnosed the problem and replaced the battery. This time around it was smooth and positive experience we were happy with the service. I change my rating from last time’s lowest rating 1 to the highest 5 stars. You need more team members like Eric Silva! More

The service center never answered the phones for two days. So I made an appointment online. The options for times were not working. So I went for the first available selection. Once I got there, I waite days. So I made an appointment online. The options for times were not working. So I went for the first available selection. Once I got there, I waited a long time time for them to check me in at least 45 minutes. Then it took them another couple of hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. I was there all morning and finally got out of there around 12:30 pm. The service adviser was nice but overall the service was slow. I would not go back again. More
