After getting my A/C repaired, the compressor locked up. I paid 1000.00 for a compressor and the new part didn't last a week. The work was fine but the part was crap. I assumed that it would last longer being an OEM from the dealership. I'm getting it repaired again today. Hopefully, the problem will be fixed. 100 degree weather and no A/C. What a drag. The customer service is great. Nobu kept informed every step of the way and was really apologetic over the outcome. Get service writer. More
Just had a few disappointments during my visit but I’m willing to try again. Came in WITH AN APPOINTMENT for oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was worthless, and you must queue up together with the walk-ins. CARS THAT CAME IN AFTER ME IN ARE GETTING CHECKED-IN BEFORE ME. 4 cars to be exact. They’re literally passing by my car ignoring me, then checking-in the cars behind. If I didn’t call the attention of one of the service crews and told them what was going on, the service advisors would’ve checked-in more cars that’s supposedly should have been checked-in after me. Service advisor told me I have 2 recalls and it’s going to take 3 hours together with the oil change and tire rotation. Told him not to do the recall today, as I have somewhere I need to be after the service. Still took 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation to be done without the recalls. I can understand this is one of the effects of the pandemic, that they are shorthanded at this time. But at least get the check-in queueing right. More

I always depend on your service center. My 2007 Yukon XL has 290,000 miles thanks to the service department. This is the best car I have ever owned. One day soon I will buy a new one.
