The advisor came out wasn’t very friendly. Looked at my truck after going over what I needed. Instead of walking me in had me Wait 30min outside for the paperwork so I can leave. The dealership has combined the service areas on of Chevrolet and Cadillac. I’m sure this was done for monetary reasons, but this has negatively impacted the service experience. The intake line is extr Chevrolet and Cadillac. I’m sure this was done for monetary reasons, but this has negatively impacted the service experience. The intake line is extremely long which increases my time waiting. The intake process was very disorganized with people being helped out of order. So much so that I questioned the staff if the original Cadillac staff would only intake Cadillac owners. The response was less than friendly. This was from a person that has been my service guy for several years and have a great relationship with. I’m sure the stress is not making his job enjoyable. It appears that the owner did consider all aspects of such a change and based it on money. Very disappointing for a customer that has purchased three Escalades from this dealership. More
