Dealer did not do all requested service. Came for oil change and tire rotation, which includes all fluids check and tire pressure check. Appears oil change was done, tire rotation was not done as tire ma change and tire rotation, which includes all fluids check and tire pressure check. Took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation on Monday, October 25th. I had an appointment at 11:30 am. My vehicle was not checked in until 12:15 pm. My service work was not c rotation on Monday, October 25th. I had an appointment at 11:30 am. My vehicle was not checked in until 12:15 pm. My service work was not completed until 4:45 pm. Four hours and 30 minutes for routine service works seems excessive. I think you.need to review your service capacity compared to your scheduling. More
