Service overall was great. Had to leave my truck there for a few days to get the part but i was satisfied. However, in the process of me dropping my truck off and picking it up, my house keys went missing for a few days to get the part but i was satisfied. Was in to you dealership by appointment made by GM corporate and was told that you would not work on my vehicle because of a separate issue at Dutton cadillac. The technician and service writer were v corporate and was told that you would not work on my vehicle because of a separate issue at Dutton cadillac. The technician and service writer were very nice but I was told that the manager there did not want to work on the car. I have since reached out for legal help to resolve this issue. More

Customer service was great. Waiting lounge was great with vending machine that had sandwiches and free coffee/hot chocolate.
