I had a 9am appointment. First contact with service rep was 9:27am. I did not leave my vehicle until 10am. I was supposed to be called by 4pm that day, Nov 18, 2021, but was not. I called & no one could tell me if vehicle was ready. I called 10am next morning and was told it might be til Monday. I stated I needed vehicle for a trip Monday. I called about 3pm Friday Nov 19, 2021 and was told it would be ready by 4pm. I picked up our truck but was not told by rep Ray Peter's what had been done nor what maybe needed attention. When I checked out & paid at cashier I asked what had been done & she advised me of oil & filter change. I paid & went home. Upon inspecting work it appeared oil & filter had been changed but fluid had been spilled down and below oil filler tube area. Other fluid levels had not been checked & I had to top off windshield washer fluid. Had 2 other issues that were never addressed & did not get copy of said 117 point inspection. I believe nothing had been done to my truck until I called 19 Nov around 2pm & oil & filter change was rushed & done sloppily. Probably last time I go to Mark Christopher Chevrolet for anything. More

Not at the standard of a dealership and should bot be allowed to be a dealership. Lets start with the service person who started my service request disappearing for 15 minutes in the middle of writing my service request on a personal call just because i took a one minute call!! 2- no ride home or a car for me to use all in the old excuse of covid 3- my parking brake on ky escalade is not releasing sometimes and needed oil change. Four hours later and still no one checked my brakes. They call me to tell me (the guy had to go home, we need to keep the car. No big deal. 4- the next day i call at 2 Pm, could not reach my service guy and they kept transferring me person to person until i reached a rude obnoxious African american man (i think his name was Ray). He says the guy that is supposed to work on your car called in sick, your service man ceaser is off today. We need to keep the car a third day. I replied well i have lots of things to do. Can i pick up the car and schedule another time. He said yes no problem come on down. I take an uber all the way there, (you are not going to believe this!) i pay for my oil change and go out to receive my car and wait 20 minutes (no car!!). I go back in and the lady says go see your service man because your car is not drivable!! I go to the service man replacement Ray (African american) same guy who said come down and he says (your car is taken apart and you can’t drive it. I said why did you make me come all the way then, he answers I didn’t know (without apologizing). I said and how is this my fault? He starts shouting at me rudely (DID I SAY IT WAS YOUR FAULT? Did i say it was your fault?). Wow Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and no apology for making me come all the way for nothing. I take an uber back to work and wait a third day for them to say we don’t advise you to fix the parking brake. I said well tell me how much it would be and he says too much. I said i decide if too much, how much is too much? He said I don’t know!!!!! Wow Wow Then he (ray, because ceaser is still nowhere to be found) goes away for a couple of minutes and comes back to say maybe $ 1400 we don’t know. (For a parking brake. I go and pick up my car after three days without a car. There no supervisor around and when some guy sitting in the back office speaks to me he defends his guys without any apology!! Never seen anything like this. When i went one time for a part, there was another customer screaming at them for charging $160 by error! Wow.
