Service center is only open Monday-Friday with no after hours or weekend pickup options. They also aren’t operating a shuttle service “because of COVID”, but I know other dealerships offering other transpo hours or weekend pickup options. Window sticker was marked with the wrong service interval (5,000 miles as opposed to the 7,500 service interval on a Duramax), and they neglected to top off the DEF tank. More
