Had appointment for a oil change, 5 hours later, Car finally done. Ridiculous. Why have appointments? Other people in the waiting room had the same problem. Dropped car off during Thanksgiving week to be looked at and have oil change. Picked it up on Sat after Thanksgiving. Put multiple phone calls to Jackie, text her and never got back to me. This was a terrible experience. I made an appointment for an oil change. When I showed up, on time I was informed they were not doing any more oil changes that day. When I said I had an appointment they said an oil change. When I showed up, on time I was informed they were not doing any more oil changes that day. When I said I had an appointment they said they would do it but it would be at least 3 hours. I ended up calling my husband to pick me up and told them I would pick it up the next morning. When I showed up to get my Enclave it was ready but they had not applied my coupon. It took half an hour to get that corrected I understand they are short staffed but that should be communicated when the appointment was made. There were a lot of unhappy customers in the waiting area. More
They tell you that you have an “appointment” when in reality it is not an appointment. Mine was for 930 am and my car wasn’t taken to be serviced until 11 am. No shuttle or complimentary car to get back reality it is not an appointment. Mine was for 930 am and my car wasn’t taken to be serviced until 11 am. When I got to line for service. No sign, no one there to let me know when, where or anything. I went inside and I was rudely told to go wait In my car. Finally a service lady came out and was rude and abras let me know when, where or anything. I went inside and I was rudely told to go wait In my car.
