Had 7 am appointment. At dealer - said could not work on car till 11am. If unable to work on car till 11, why bring me into dealer 4 hours early? Wasted 4 hours of my day. Also, when vehicle completed and p car till 11am. If unable to work on car till 11, why bring me into dealer 4 hours early? Wasted 4 hours of my day. Also, when vehicle completed and paid for - took personnel 15 minutes to bring car to me. May try other dealer in future. More
I took my truck in to get the passenger CV joint replaced got told it would be about a day didn’t get it back until 2 days later. I was very disappointed with the amount of time it took for my service. I had made an appt. for 8 AM. for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there early and only waited about 5-10 min to get my service written up, I thought it would take about 1-1 1/2 hours. I was very wrong. The time went on and on and I never got any kind of update from anyone. I was not the only one getting impatient there were several others. Finally I noticed the service writer outside and asked him about by car. He said it was ready now and would finish the paperwork. How much longer would I have waited if I didn't ask. It was 10:49, almost 3 hours when I paid for my service. I also had to wait 5-10 min for my car to be brought up. I was also very surprised to be charged 24.95 to rotate the tires. I know you can do better! More
Thte lady who was assigned to help me was fantastic. The repairs were great. The pick up was not as smooth. Cashiers could be more helpful after payment with directions to find the vehicle. There were over fifteen cars in checkin line and a bit confusing. My truck is huge and the employee yelled loud enough so I heard him over by the showroom. I usually wait at the dealership while my car is getting serviced, the service team at Mark Christopher is pretty quick, and I still have time to continue with my errands safely. And the waiting area is comfortable rather inside or outside. With the service dept. working expeditiously the waiting area is never crowded and I feel safe to interact with service reps during the pandemic and not have to be concerned about anyone in my personal space. I also love that the dealership is close to my home, if there is traffic I can still get there in a decent time. More

My 2021 chev Silverado 3500 HD was sitting there for 9 days. I took it on Monday for couple issues 1) speed sensor 2) Tire pressure monitors not working, I told them if they could not get them to work days. I took it on Monday for couple issues 1) speed sensor 2) Tire pressure monitors not working, I told them if they could not get them to work I wanted all six replaced. 3) rear view camera not working I sat in the customer waiting area for two days from 8 AMto 5 PM at what point I was told they were going to over night the speed sensor but it might take 5 days to get it . I I kept calling with no returned call from the service advisor. So after 9 days I picked it up and the only thing that was done was the speed sensor. Nothing else on the list was done. So the day I picked it up was raining and I sat outside waiting for someone to bring my truck. After 30 minutes waiting I walked inside asking what is taking so long. I still had to wait additional 25 minutes for my truck More
