Service hours are awful only Open Monday - Friday 7 am to 5 pm. Long wait time for you car to be serviced. I traded my Nissan for GM. Nissan was open every day 7 days a week 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. never a 5 pm. Long wait time for you car to be serviced. I traded my Nissan for GM. I had a 9:20 am appointment for a transmission flush and change, but did not get checked in until 9:38am. I presented my email coupon and looked forward to paying the advertised cost of $165. Since I did not receive an update after 3.5 hours of waiting, I left the comfortable waiting room and sought my advisor, who was at lunch. Another advisor helped me and asked me to wait for my advisor due to a "cost" discrepancy. My advisor tried to convince my that the intake advisor didn't explain the coupon "right." I asked him to read his photo of the coupon and show me where the exception for an 8 speed transmission or "special" fluid--there weren't any of course. I told him this smelled of a classic bate and switch and I asked him to honor the coupon price. After several minutes he returned and told the coupon price would be honored, but next time I would have to pay $450. I suggested that he bring this matter to the marketing department attention so that the advertisements match the service they intend to provide to customers. I received my vehicle four hours after I arrived for service. I was hoping the service had changed after a four year absence, so I won't be coming back again. More

I took truck in 6 months ago for same issue and the did not fix it and was supposed to call me as to when they had the parts. Never got called.
