I had purchased a service contract at GMC and it was not honored at dealership because it was not purchased there. I was promised car at a certain time and it took a hour and half longer. We took our 2017 Cadillac for service. It lost power steering. The only reason they kept it a few days was because they couldn’t get the special parts. Once the parts came in the car was fixed. Besides steering. The only reason they kept it a few days was because they couldn’t get the special parts. Once the parts came in the car was fixed. Besides the known problem the found two other ones and fixed them also. The car is now running very well. Thank you mechanics. We will be there again if anything goes on it at all. Dropped off vehicle to have headlight assembly fixed (water Welles up inside of the assembly)There was also a recall on my vehicle so they were to look into fixing it as well. I was told that I would receive a call with diagnostic and estímale for my vehicle by 1:30pm which did not happen. Ended up calling twice for status update.but did not get one. Finally @ 3:45pm I received a call that the head light assembly was not in stock and was quoted an absurd cost for the assembly. Went to pick up my vehicle and the headlight assembly was never even touched (still had water inside of it) so how did you assertsin that a new assembly was needed? Horrible experience. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere. More

I have taken my car here since I bought it in 2015 and I love the fact that they’ve always been very consistent and very honest about my wait time!
