Went in for a leaking oil filter. My truck wasn’t due for its next oil change for another 3,500 miles. I only get my servicing done with them. I took my Cadillac there. Everything was great until I went to pick up my car. It was not washed. They told me it would be 40 minutes. They told me to call before I came. I want to thank the Service Manager Dino Picanzo, the Service Director Jeff Rizzi, and the Service Advisor Chelsea Jose. My daughter inherited a 2014 Buick Encore from her much loved grandma. This car is very valued by my daughter, but it had a tricky problem. I wasn't sure if Mark Christopher could fix it, but they were steadfast in resolving this issue. Needless to say, we were very appreciative! Everyone involved was so giving and generous with their time and their support. My main communication was with Chelsea. She was very professional, but yet compassionate as well. Thank you Dino, Jeff, and Chelsie. We are grateful to you all! More

Overall excellent service with the service staff and the vehicle was done within 1 day when told 2-3 days.
