As a fleet manager, I rely heavily on having a dependable service provider to keep my vehicles running smoothly. Unfortunately, Mark Christopher Chevrolet has not met my needs in this area. While the service manager has been proactive in reaching out, the dealership does not offer mobile services like battery replacement or recall fixes—services that are crucial for the smooth operation of a fleet. Additionally, there is no option for someone from the dealership to pick up and drop off the vehicle, further complicating the situation. This forces me to send a technician with a van to handle these tasks, resulting in unnecessary downtime, additional costs, and more logistical challenges. While I appreciate the service manager’s efforts to communicate, the lack of mobile service options and pickup/drop-off services for basic maintenance and repairs is a significant drawback. For fleet managers, having these services readily available is essential. Unfortunately, this has made it difficult to continue relying on Mark Christopher for our fleet’s servicing needs. More

I was very satisfied with the customer service but mechanical side of the business not so much. It seems like they were guessing , just replacing parts to see what would fix the problem, i took my tru mechanical side of the business not so much. It seems like they were guessing , just replacing parts to see what would fix the problem, i took my truck in thinking that a shop of this caliber would be able to diagnose the exact problem. I knew the problem was one of the parts they changed but I did not want to change parts I did not need to on my own , well ended up changing parts it didn’t need anyway. Next time I will take my truck somewhere else or just change part myself until I fix the problem . Costumer service was great, friendly,very helpful and kept me informed. More

I’ve used Mark Christopher for the service for all my vehicles since 2018, the service has gone down hill. I brought my Truck for an oil change and the Techs added DEF. They spilled DEF all over the side vehicles since 2018, the service has gone down hill. I brought my Truck for an oil change and the Techs added DEF. They spilled DEF all over the side of my truck and didn’t bother to clean it up and let it harden and dry. When I went to pick the truck up, the white DEF was all over the side of the truck and the guy who brought it out didn’t seem to mind. I would consider the dealership to be professionals that’s why I bring my vehicles there. If I wanted a Jiffy Lube experience I would have gone there. I will say, when I showed Juan he took it back and made it right, but it shouldn’t have to come to that. A little attention to detail from your Techs would go a long way. More
