Took my brand new truck in to fix a sensor. They had my truck for 2.5days without it being fixed. They said they had to get the part in and would call me back. Arrived at 750 for a 8am appointment for an oil change and i drove off at 1030am. 2.5 hours. I waited in a waiting room with 4 tables, coffee machine looked old and unkept. Service was incomplete! They were overbooked & need to keep our car 2 to 3 days just to get a new battery. The service was done very quickly. I did have to wait over 20 minutes after paying. They said the car was being washed.
