Couldn’t be happier. My car required a lot of work due to some recalls. My contact at the dealership kept me updated throughout the entire time my car was being serviced. We unfortunately have two cars in the service department, one has been there over a week and the other has been there for five days. It took them at least 2 full work days to even begin looking at either ca one has been there over a week and the other has been there for five days. It took them at least 2 full work days to even begin looking at either car despite having appointments. They can't figure out what is wrong with either car, so the cars will be there even longer. Both cars are still under the manufacturer warranty and they will not even provide a loaner car. With two of our family vehicles sitting in their service bays, how are we supposed to go to work? This is unacceptable. More
