I am disappointed in the Service I received this time. I asked for prices a head of work but did not receive until engine dismantled. Delivery dates where implied but not delivered. Did not fix. The Second time I left was for five days. Finally looks like they might have fixed my problem, Service light has not come back on yet. I feel I my vehicle was put aside until the mechanic had nothing better to do. For a simple service engine soon light. I took to dealer because you service this vehicle a lot and should know what was wrong quicker. I have had other vehicles at Mark Christopher before and received better results. I hope this was an isolated issue. More

The first rep was excellent. Friendly, fast, and helpful. However, he wasn't able to fix the issue so he sent my car to the back and said Juan Fletes would take care of it.
