Took my car in for a Service Brake Assist/Service Parking Brake error message. Made an appointment for 11/29/2022. Dropped the car off and got a ride home. Was called a while later and told I needed a batte Brake error message. Made an appointment for 11/29/2022. Dropped the car off and got a ride home. Was called a while later and told I needed a battery. Authorized the battery replacement. Car was kept overnight as I did not have a ride back to the dealership. Was called by Julie, the Service Writer, on 11/30, who said she had the technician check everything over and the car was good to be released. Got a ride to the dealership to puck up the car, paid the bill, and the car was released to me. Before I could drive out of the parking lot, I saw the Check Engine Light was on. Immediately parked the car and spoke with Julie again. Told her the check Engine light was on and asked if it could be repaired promptly, as my ride had left. She said it would be a couple of hours before it would be repaired. WAS NOT HAPPY! Was disappointed in the fact that the car was not ready to go as I had been told, and I had to make (2) trips back and forth to the dealership just to pick up the car. Would recommend the dealership with the caveat to make sure to check everything before you leave the parking lot. I am confident in the fact that had I left the Service Department with that check engine light on that I would have incurred another $175.00 dollar diagnostic fee. For a problem that I did not bring the car in for! More

I was not satisfied with my service due to the bad experience I had. I was told that my vehicle was ready for pick up and when I arrived my Cadillac was not washed and when I informed the staff I was experience I had. I was told that my vehicle was ready for pick up and when I arrived my Cadillac was not washed and when I informed the staff I was told it would be done shortly. They had me wait for an hour to get it “washed” and when my vehicle was brought out I was disappointed to see that they had me waiting for nothing because my vehicle was not washed. There needs be better customer service and better communication among the staff to prevent this from happening to other customers. More

The sales department people are great the sales person that helped me was great Dave was on point in everything Unfortunately I can’t say the same to the service department the guy on Service Nobu ha that helped me was great Dave was on point in everything Unfortunately I can’t say the same to the service department the guy on Service Nobu has bad customer service n took forever 3 days to give me a diagnostic horrible service including the technician that work on my car More
