This is the second time Ive had my tires rotated and they didnt reprogram the tire sensors. Worse they didnt bother to inflate the tires to the proper pressure. Now I have to take time from work to bring m didnt reprogram the tire sensors. Worse they didnt bother to inflate the tires to the proper pressure. A four day wait to get our car fixed was a little excessive considering you were only replacing a radiator. The young lady who initially helped us when we showed up was fantastic. You had my car for 41/2 days. You have to fedex parts…really!! Fixed one problem that was in warranty but didn’t fix others because problem occurred later in the day of getting c You have to fedex parts…really!! Fixed one problem that was in warranty but didn’t fix others because problem occurred later in the day of getting car back, and the next 2 days culminating in disconnecting a battery terminal on the 10th. I paid $175 for NOTHING!!! I have carry a wrench with me to disconnect a battery terminal so I get lights off and avoid another dead battery. More
