I wanted a pre-owned Cadillac CTS and I could not locate one that had all the options I wanted. In addition, other dealers were being too pushy and/or not returning my emails promptly. Anyhow, Emet @ Mark C one that had all the options I wanted. In addition, other dealers were being too pushy and/or not returning my emails promptly. Anyhow, Emet @ Mark Christopher showed me a CTS that they just got in a few days ago. It was extremly clean, had every option available and they gave me a good price on it. The sales process was very low key, they were fine with my own financing, no pressure and great prices. My family has even bought a few cars from them and had a similiar experience to mine. Their service department is also very helpful and they have always taken care of my cars. One of my vehicles had picked up a spark plug in the tire so I couldn't drive it. I need new tires anyhow so I decided to put upper end tires on it but Mark Christopher could not get the tires that I wanted. They let me tow my car to their service department and they allowed me to ship my tires to them so they could put them on my car. Once the tires arrived, they had me back in my car the next day. I tried a few other dealers before calling Mark Christopher but they would not accomodate me. All in all, great customer service on the sales and service end. I will be purchasing all my vehicles from them and I will continue to use their service department. More

As in the past, I have normally selected a "home town" dealer and I have picked this dealership as my home town dealer. I was greeted by Sam who I had written previously on line. Sam was very courreous and informative and after a brief coversation, went to the lot and picked out just about what I wanted to a T. After discussing how I was to finance it, I told him it was a cash deal. He gave me a price figure and to be honest, I did not like it. We discussed the matter and finally agreed upon a cash price and the deal was done. He did everything in his power to make the deal quick and efficient and I was driving away in my new Cadillac in a short time. My thanks to Sam nd the staff of Mark Christopher auto center. More
