Excellent Experience My Wife and I just engaged in our 2nd transaction with the Mark Christopher dealership in Ontario CA and it was another very pleasant experience. Mr. Gerald Waters was our salesperson for both transactions and one of the main reasons we returned. Our first transaction was about 2 years ago when we leased a 2016 Buick Verano; second transaction occurred last week when we purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu. I especially liked the policy where the salesperson goes thru a “New Vehicle Check List”, which Mr. Waters performed in a very thorough manner. We had the Buick Verano serviced twice by Mark Christopher and that was also a positive experience. I generally don't like doing business with car dealerships but Mark Christopher is the exception. I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a lease or a purchase to visit MC and make sure to contact Mr. Gerald Waters. More
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! This place is horrible! When in financing with Angelica Cardona we tried explaining something to her we were told by another employee there and she sa This place is horrible! When in financing with Angelica Cardona we tried explaining something to her we were told by another employee there and she said “I don’t have time and I don’t negotiate GAP insurance. I’m tired and I want to go home”. I was furious I had to walk out. I came back and gave her a piece of my mind but this car was for my parents and I knew how much they wanted it so at the end they finished signing the paperwork. Wait! but when we thought that was the end, we were wrong. My parents got a call from Sharon four days later saying they did not qualify for the loan because their $6000 monthly income was not enough and that they would have to bring their tax returns to submit them to the bank. MY PARENTS WERE NEVER ASKED THEIR MONTHLY OR ANNUAL INCOME DURING THE SALE. Of course $6000 is not enough and my parents know that so aside from it not being enough they wouldn’t state that income because that’s not their monthly income. My parents are business owners with a monthly income of $12-15k. So then Sharon called again saying GMC would finance them for 72 month with 0%. Then she called back saying the bank had made an error and because they were buying a Yukon not a Tahoe it was 60 months with 0% like she thinks we’re dumb to not know it was her error. When my parents made it down to the dealership they demanded answers as to why their applications submitted to the banks had a monthly income that was not theirs nor one they had provided. They couldn’t answer. My parents asked to speak to the General Manager, but of course he was off. So anyways my parents signed and financed the vehicle providing their correct income that day but before leaving left specific instructions....they requested to be called by the General Manager with an explanation and name of the employee who submitted their application with incorrect information. A good week and a half went by and still hadn’t received a call. So I called for them and spoke to the General Sales Manager. According to him he had no idea my parents wanted a call from him. Once I told him what my parents had requested he made it sound like it was no biggie and he’d give them a call. And he sure did, he called them to tell them he’d find out what happened and once he had that information he’d call them back. This call took place around September 15, 2017 and as of today October 6, 2017 we have yet to receive a call back. Ultimately these people are rude and all about THE SALE, nothing more. And about the income on the application, I can only say that the bank I work for would consider that fraud and would be means for termination of employment. More
