False Advertising On Nov 25th, 2017, I went to Mark Christopher GMC to lease a 2018 Terrain, which was advertised for $169/month with $312 due at signing. According to On Nov 25th, 2017, I went to Mark Christopher GMC to lease a 2018 Terrain, which was advertised for $169/month with $312 due at signing. According to the ad (which appeared in the Nov 23rd LA Times), there were 5 available. When I arrived at the dealership on Nov 25th, the salesman wasted no time explaining that all 5 were sold on Firday (Nov 24th) and none were available at the advertised lease price. He also assured me that the ad would not appear in the Nov 26th LA Times. Not surprisingly, the same ad appeared in the LA Times on Nov 26th, indicating that 5 vehicles were available for the same lease conditions shown in the Nov 23 ad. This dealership is a master of the Bait and Switch technique and should be subject to penalties as dictated by California Law for false advertising. I will, of course, elevate my complaint to the appropriate state agency. Bill More

They had given me a too low trade in value. My wife and I wanted to leave but they wouldn’t give me my keys back. Seriously it took over 10 minutes to get the keys. During that time we got hammered by various sales people. Ridiculously unprofessional. We bought our truck from a different dealer. More
