Very unhappy with the service department. I originally dropped my car off that was having issues with the turbo. I was told that everything is covered under warranty and that I can pick it up the next day dropped my car off that was having issues with the turbo. I was told that everything is covered under warranty and that I can pick it up the next day. They eventually called me claiming that I had “sludge” in the engine and that I would need to provide paperwork to show I’ve been servicing my vehicle and getting oil changes on a regular basis. I provided this documentation with proof showing that the vehicle has been getting oil changes and properly serviced on a regular basis. The service department waited a whole week to finally get back to me only to tell me that they will not accept the paperwork and stated that they will no longer cover the warranty on the car. After talking with the service manager Matt Torres on the phone he stated that I will need to pick the car up and that I’m on my own to fix the car myself. I picked up the car and found out that the vacuum was not connected to the vacuum diaphragm and not put back together, the turbo connection was unplugged, the oil cap was not twisted back on, and the oil dip stick was left on top of the engine. Once I drained the oil out of the car I noticed that everything looked fine and that there was no sludge that they claimed was there. I am extremely unhappy and will continue to fight this up the latter until they take care of this matter that should be covered under warranty. I’ve also spoken with other people about this situation and they are stating that they have had some unpleasant business with this place as well. I will be contacting my lawyer to pursue further action. More

I brought my 2018 Equinox in for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades (24 pt check up). I told the technician I didn’t want to wait for hours & he had my car done in 1 1/2 hours.
